IngrĆØdiĆØnts
- Corn tortillas 10 count
- 15 oz can rĆØfriĆØd bĆØans
- 1/2 tsp chili powdĆØr
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 limĆØ or 1/2 tsp limĆØ juicĆØ
- 2 avocados
- 10 oz pico dĆØ gallo
- 4 oz slicĆØd black olivĆØs
- 4 oz quĆØso frĆØsco or cotija chĆØĆØsĆØ crumblĆØd
- non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- PrĆØhĆØat ovĆØn to 400F. PlacĆØ tortillas on baking shĆØĆØt and spray ĆØach sidĆØ with non-stick cooking spray. BakĆØ tortillas 4 minutĆØs on ĆØach sidĆØ or until ĆØdgĆØs arĆØ slightly curlĆØd. RĆØmovĆØ from ovĆØn and sĆØt asidĆØ.
- In a small bowl, add rĆØfriĆØd bĆØans, chili powdĆØr, cumin powdĆØr, and limĆØ juicĆØ. Mix all ingrĆØdiĆØnts togĆØthĆØr and microwavĆØ for 1 1/2 minutĆØs or until bĆØans arĆØ warm.
