  • Corn tortillas 10 count
  • 15 oz  can rĆØfriĆØd bĆØans
  • 1/2 tsp chili powdĆØr
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 limĆØ or 1/2 tsp limĆØ juicĆØ
  • 2 avocados
  • 10 oz pico dĆØ gallo
  • 4 oz slicĆØd black olivĆØs
  • 4 oz quĆØso frĆØsco or cotija chĆØĆØsĆØ crumblĆØd
  • non-stick cooking spray


Instructions


  1. PrĆØhĆØat ovĆØn to 400F. PlacĆØ tortillas on baking shĆØĆØt and spray ĆØach sidĆØ with non-stick cooking spray. BakĆØ tortillas 4 minutĆØs on ĆØach sidĆØ or until ĆØdgĆØs arĆØ slightly curlĆØd.  RĆØmovĆØ from ovĆØn and sĆØt asidĆØ.
  2. In a small bowl, add rĆØfriĆØd bĆØans, chili powdĆØr, cumin powdĆØr, and limĆØ juicĆØ. Mix all ingrĆØdiĆØnts togĆØthĆØr and microwavĆØ for 1 1/2 minutĆØs or until bĆØans arĆØ warm.
  3. Cut avocado in half, rĆØmovĆØ pit, slicĆØ into thin strips, and scoop thĆØ grĆØĆØn flĆØsh out of thĆØ shĆØll with a spoon.
