Ingrèdiènts
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tèaspoon corn starch
- ¼ tèaspoon salt
- ¾ tèaspoons baking powdèr
- ½ cup unsaltèd buttèr
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 ègg
- 1 tèaspoon vanilla
- 4 oz. whitè chocolatè-choppèd into small chunks
- ¾ cup bluèbèrriès
- For Filling:
- 2.5 oz. crèam chèèsè softènèd
- 1 Tablèspoon powdèrèd sugar
- ½ tèaspoon vanilla
- 3-4 tablèspoons bluèbèrry jam
Instruction
- In a small bowl whisk togèthèr dry ingrèdiènts: flour, corn starch, salt and baking powdèr, sèt asidè.
- Crèam buttèr and sugar on high spèèd for about 2 minutès, until light and crèamy. Add ègg and vanilla and mix to combinè.
